Overview

Velindre University NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Estates Manager to lead the Trust-wide estates function, ensuring safe, sustainable, and compliant healthcare environments. This senior role involves strategic planning, operational estates management, capital project delivery, and oversight of compliance across engineering services and critical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the Trust's principal estates expert, advising senior leaders, managing complex construction and engineering projects, and ensuring adherence to statutory, legislative, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strong leadership, policy development, and budget management, and drive long-term infrastructure and decarbonisation goals.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in estates management within healthcare or complex regulated environments.
