Responsibilities
  • Planning and overseeing both reactive and planned maintenance.
  • Procuring and supervising contractors.
  • Working closely with the Capital Development Team, which includes a Programme Manager, Project Manager, and Works Supervisor.
  • Supporting the delivery of renewable technologies and improving efficiency and sustainable building specifications to help us achieve net zero by 2040.

This is a varied and strategic role where your expertise will directly shape the future of the estate.

About You
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in building surveying.
  • Degree in property or construction (or equivalent).

Salary: £39,000 - £42,000 (pro rata for part-time)
