Estate Services Coordinator

Salary: £24.24

Contract: Full-time, 35h per week (flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as and when needed)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Estate Services Coordinator to join our client's team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring their neighbourhoods are safe, clean, and well‑maintained, delivering high‑quality estate services for residents across the borough. You will support the day‑to‑day coordination of estate caretaking, grounds maintenance, cleaning, and environmental improvement tasks, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and the community to help create places that people are proud to call home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor caretaking and estate maintenance services across council‑managed estates.
  • Ensure estates are inspected regularly and maintained to high standards.
  • Handle service requests, complaints, and enquiries from residents and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to schedule works and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, service reports, and performance data.
  • Support compliance with health and safety policies, risk assessments, and safeguarding practices.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement and resident satisfaction initiatives.
About You
  • Highly organised, with strong coordination and planning skills.
  • A confident communicator with experience working with residents, contractors, or frontline service teams.
  • Able to work independently and problem‑solve in fast‑paced environments.
  • Comfortable using digital systems to record, track, and report on services.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislations.
  • Knowledgeable about estate caretaking, facilities management, housing management, or environmental services (desirable but not essential).
