Established to redefine the rental experience, Berkeley Living delivers homes of exceptional design and craftsmanship, supported by an unwavering commitment to service, care, and attention to detail. Our developments are located within established, well‑connected Berkeley communities, ensuring residents enjoy not only beautifully designed apartments but also thoughtfully curated public spaces, amenities, and excellent transport links. Every element has been considered to provide a seamless, stress‑free experience, where flexibility meets the reassurance of a trusted and responsible landlord. At the core of Berkeley Living is a belief that renting should be as effortless as it is rewarding. We remove complexity, anticipate needs, and foster welcoming environments where individuals can feel truly at home. In doing so, we set a new benchmark for renting—the one that prioritises quality, integrity, and excellence at every stage.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our centralised team to provide crucial administrative and co‑ordination support to our on‑site leasing teams. The role will ensure the smooth operation of the leasing department by overseeing the lead‑to‑lease process and acting as a centralised point of contact for all lease progression matters.

  • Support on‑site teams in progression applications to leases by managing enquiries via multiple channels (email, phone).
  • Achieving weekly and monthly leasing targets, supporting high conversion rates.
  • Strong collaboration with the centralised leasing and marketing teams.
  • Working closely with the on‑site teams, including maintenance, to ensure homes are ready for leasing.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
  • Prepare and issue lease contracts with precision and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements (eg. Right to Rent checks).
  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, residents and handling all initial enquiries and coordinating effective communication with on‑site teams.
  • Co‑ordinating home showings, managing all incoming leads and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day leasing operations.
  • Support with the coordination of move‑ins and move‑outs, delivering a positive customer experience (including scheduling inventory reports).
Qualifications
  • Experience in lettings, hospitality or residential property administration.
  • Familiarity with lettings process and lease documentation (ARLA qualification would be beneficial).
  • Experience in CRM systems (Yardi would be beneficial).
  • Someone who is highly organised, detail‑oriented and finds satisfaction in keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Confidence communicator to a wide range of people, with a natural flair for exceptional service.
  • Strong team player who is solution focused.
  • Pro‑active, flexible and willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Passionate about accurate reporting.
  • Compliance driven.
Benefits
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing with service to 33 days.
  • Health and wellbeing benefits including Private Medical Insurance.
  • Lifestyle benefits including access to an online discount platform.
  • Berkeley Foundation volunteer day.
  • Private pension plan.
  • Group life assurance.
