Estate Manager

Location: Finchley, Greater London

Annual Salary: £50,000

Working Pattern: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week but would need to be flexible in the evenings potentially up until 7 pm and occasional Saturday mornings to cover any team absence/sickness only if required

About the Role

As the Estate Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the estate, ensuring that it remains a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for residents. You will lead a small team and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and maintenance. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
