Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housing management or a related role.
  • Good knowledge of housing law, tenant responsibilities, and universal credit flows preferred.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and ability to deal with difficult situations.
  • Capability to work independently and manage a flexible diary.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage anti-social behaviours and public nuisance.
  • Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Manage the voids process and liaise with local authorities.
  • Conduct estate inspections and engage with contractors.
