Are you an Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, valuation and listing of residential property? Are you currently working in Estate Agency and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position? If you are a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer / Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager or Valuations Manager looking for your next career move up the property ladder we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business through valuations and subsequent listings and enhance the company’s reputation for quality and performance.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Estate Agency and act as a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings.
• Operate as a consummate deal maker able to create success in both current and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.

Compensation

• Basic salary £24,000 plus £2,500 car allowance or company car with on target earnings of £45,000. 2 Saturdays on, 1 off.
