Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer - Portishead - up to 35k basic Commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a leading multi branch independent Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the area.

The right candidate must have a depth of knowledge and experience and be able to undertake market appraisals utilising your knowledge of business development techniques for marketing to win new instructions. A typical day will include a team meeting arranging viewings showing properties to prospective buyers preparation for the days market appraisals and instruction appointments managing existing clients properties actively seeking new clients assisting colleagues with viewings sales progression and incoming enquiries. You will need to be energetic extremely well-presented and an excellent communicator for this superb opportunity to join a market leader with high ambitions.

Main Duties

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals with confidence and accuracy.
