Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
  • Good working knowledge of inventory
  • Speaking with potential tenants
  • Building relationships
  • Generating leads
  • Provide advice
  • Turn initial enquiries into actual business
  • Facilitate the progression of tenancies

Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years estate agency and listing experience and ideally worked in the London market.
  • Candidates must be a UK resident and ideally live within a 30‑minute commute of the area.
  • Full UK driving licence and use of your own car.
  • Minimum 2 years' estate agency and listing experience.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Basic £25,000.
  • OTE £55,000 - £60,000.
  • £400 monthly car allowance.
  • Monday & Wednesday 9am - 6.30pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 10am - 4pm (with a day back in lieu).
  • 5 day working week.
  • Parking permit supplied.
  • Potential to progress to Assistant Manager.
  • Extra days holiday for every year at the company (max 10 extra days).
