Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Nottingham - Salary Negotiable dependent on experience

My client rewards their staff on paying great commissions! Based in Nottingham my client has built up an amazing brand over the last few years. Due to this ongoing success and growth they are looking for an energetic, motivated Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join this fun and lively team! The ideal candidate will have Estate Agency experience and knowledge of the Nottingham market. The role is full time working Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm and alternate Saturdays 9 - 2pm.

You will deal with all aspects of property sales; dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage appointments, attending viewings, negotiating sales and progressing them through to completion with strong focus on delivering a high-end customer service.

Our client is seeking a tenacious, charismatic and ambitious individual who has proven experience as a Estate Agent Sales Negotiator, who has a natural flare for negotiation and can demonstrate exceptional influencing skills.
