Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in estate agency as Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator.
  • A proven track record in deal progression and winning instructions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve branch targets.
  • Win new instructions and increase market presence.
  • Conduct property appraisals and pricing advice.
  • Build strong client relationships for repeat business.
  • Generate new opportunities through networking.
  • Monitor market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage performance reporting and operational planning.

Skills

Proven success within an estate agency at Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator level
Strong record in instruction winning and deal progression
Natural leader with the ability to coach, develop and inspire a team
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Commercially aware, goal-oriented and highly organised
Knowledge of the Horley property market is advantageous
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
