Viridis Talent are seeking an ESS Product & Service Project Manager to oversee residential energy storage system deployment and after-sales service operations across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ESS installation projects
• Develop and manage a network of subcontractors, including training and performance evaluation
• Coordinate product field trials with R&D teams
• Collect field data and feedback to support product improvements
• Establish warranty processes and technical issue resolution procedures
• Ensure compliance with UK electrical standards and government rebate requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 3+ years\' experience in ESS project management or technical service
