ERP Transformation Manager

Macphie Ltd is seeking a skilled and visionary ERP Transformation Manager to lead our ERP system transformation initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and improvement of our ERP systems to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiencies across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the transition to a more robust and agile ERP platform, forming a crucial part of the company’s digital transformation strategy. Your knowledge of ERP systems, coupled with your project management skills, will enable you to collaborate closely with various departments to align the system’s capabilities with business goals. You will lead a cross-functional team dedicated to delivering project milestones accurately and efficiently while ensuring a user-centric approach throughout the transformation process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of ERP transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assess current ERP capabilities and recommend enhancements or upgrades to meet business needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of ERP with other critical business systems and applications.
  • Establish and manage cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and support.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide training and support to users for effective adoption of the new ERP system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in ERP technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading ERP transformation projects, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and modules, with experience in IFS being particularly advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills, including proficiency in tools and methodologies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, database management, and reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, and production.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
