• Proven experience delivering ERP solutions for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as IFS, Acumatica, Epicor, SAP B1, or similar.
• Leadership experience managing teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end ERP solutions, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5+ consultants.
• Drive process optimization and oversee financial modules within ERP systems.
