We טעוזת partnering with a well-established ERP and IT solutions provider to appoint an experienced Customer Success / Sales Account Director. This is a senior, consultative role focused on account management, value‑led sales, and long‑term customer growth within the manufacturing sector.
You will manage and develop a portfolio of mid‑market manufacturing customers (£15m‑£50m turnover), acting as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. Rather than new‑logo hunting, the emphasis is on deep account ownership, understanding customer strategy, and positioning ERP and IT solutions that drive operational transformation. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to align ERP capability, IT roadmaps, and business outcomes, particularly within Engineer‑to‑Order, Discrete Manufacturing, and Supply Chain environments.
