A national charity organization is seeking an ER Specialist to manage complex employee relations cases fully remote across the UK. We are supporting one of our favourite third sector customers, a national charity undergoing positive change within its People function. This is an excellent opportunity to join a warm, people centred organisation and step into a role with real influence, acting as a key support and deputy to the ER Manager while helping shape a newly restructured advisory service.
In this role you will take ownership of complex, sensitive and high volume ER cases across conduct, grievance, sickness and capability. You will be the escalation point for contentious matters and support managers up to senior leadership level.
