We are working with a rapidly growing electronic distributor based in the Burnley area, now seeking a ER Advisor to join the team. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. This has the opportunity to become a permanent full time position.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Employee Relations Manager, you will provide comprehensive ER support across both the sales and warehouse distribution functions. Youll offer guidance on all people-related matters, ensure HR policies and processes are adhered to, and manage employee data and reporting to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
