Overview

Opportunities for Administrator for Adult Community Services. Based in the Guildford and Waverley area. We are looking for a motivated administrator to support our Community Peripheral Store, Community Equipment and the Community Co‑ordination Centre. If you are solution focused, enjoy working at pace, and are committed to improving patient care and equipment provision, join our team.

You will join an established administration team based at Milford Community Hospital, working with nurses, therapists, administrators and support workers. You will have a strong support network including regular interaction and team meetings, and you will become an active member of the Adult Community Services Team. Your base will be Milford Community Hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on the Adult Community Health services Community Equipment provision, working autonomously and providing process advice and support across disciplines.
  • Ensure core processes are followed and equipment required by clinicians is available in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with clinicians and with the equipment provider (Millbrook) to maintain equipment provision and service delivery to plan.
  • Support the Community Co-ordination Centre as a referral hub, contributing to its key functions as needed.
