Job summary

A leading environmental consultancy in Enniskillen is seeking an experienced Environmental Officer to prepare various environmental reports and manage construction-related environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in environmental management with at least 5 years of construction site experience and a good command of English and Chinese. Qualifications

• Holder of Environmental Officer Course run by the CIC or equivalent, with qualification of BEAM Pro.
• At least 5 years of construction site experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Environmental Management Plan.
• Prepare Beam Plus EM & A Report.
• Coordinate tree related issues within the site.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare Environmental Management Plan;


• Prepare Beam Plus EM & A Report;


• Prepare submission to EPD such as construction waste disposal, notification for air pollution control, construction waste disposal, wastewater discharge license;


• Prepare environmental report for biweekly progress meeting;


• Manage and coordinate all works including the preparation of BEAM Plus submission materials to fullfill the BEAM Plus for New Buildings Version2.0requirement;


• Coordinate tree related issue (existing tree within site).

Requirements

• Holder of Environmental Officer Course run by the Construction Industry Council Training Academy (CIC) or equivalent, with qualification of BEAM Pro;


• At least 5 years of construction site experience;


• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
