You will join a pro‑active, forward‑thinking team dedicated to improving housing conditions in the rental sector and every day brings new challenges and the reward of making a real difference to residents' lives. As part of a large diverse multi‑disciplinary team leading on major housing and commercial projects, you will play a key role in ensuring homes across the borough are safe, compliant and sustainable.
Your focus will be to work as an important member of the team in tackling issues of disrepair and complaints in rented properties across the borough. Carrying out inspections of licensed and unlicensed properties ensuring that the Rented Sector is providing safe and sustainable accommodation.
