A leading financial services company in Eastleigh is seeking an IT Environment & Release Analyst to manage non-production environments efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating technical work, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure. This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal IT teams to build and manage environments.
  • Liaise with third-party service providers for seamless integration.
  • Schedule and manage environment usage and configuration.
  • Ensure environments are maintained in line with standards.
  • Support code deployments, environment refreshes, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive Environment Database.
  • Produce accurate environment-related documentation.

IT Environment &Release Analyst:We’re excited to offer afantastic opportunity to join our newly established IT Environment Managementfunction as an IT Environment & Release Analyst. This is a pivotalrole where you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure ournon-production environments are well-managed, fit for purpose, and ready whenneeded.
You’ll be at the heart of environment coordination, working withinfrastructure, application, and testing teams, as well as third-party serviceproviders. If you’re detail-oriented, technically minded, and thrive in acollaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with internal IT teams (Infrastructure, Application, Testing) to build and manage environments.
  • Liaising with third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Scheduling and managing environment usage and configuration to meet project timelines.
  • Ensuring environments are maintained in line with Environment Management standards.
  • Supporting code deployments, environment refreshes, and issue resolution.
