Architect – Enterprise Identity

Job Purpose

The key purpose of this role is to contribute towards the success of the Identity Practice & Kocho. Successfully designing and delivering client facing solutions, workshops and services. A key influencer inputting into service improvements and new service offerings. Specifically, responsible for defining, planning and designing architecture of defined client projects, service improvements and any other Kocho offerings. Must take ownership in managing own workload, daily tasks and acting alongside the Project Lead and Consultants as the technical expert to clients. May take on additional responsibilities including Practice development, mentoring, recruitment and designing new service offerings.

Key responsibilities of the role

• Leadership
  • Coordinate with relevant vendors and partners-Product owner of key supplier technology
  • Nurture and enhance Microsoft partnership. Intended for this position to be key focal point.
  • Provide technical leadership through depth and breadth of knowledge.
  • Provide professional leadership through attention to quality and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to take guidance from Practice Heads and leaders to deliver successful solutions to clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Consultants, Project Managers and Account Managers to enhance Kocho reputation and drive improvements.
  • Support the Practice Head acting as an advisor from a technical perspective.
  • Mentoring or service development may be required as additional responsibilities.
• Technical specialism
  • Expert in Identity and Access Lifecycle and Governance
  • Entra ID, Azure, PIM, PAM, IGA, MIM
  • Keep up to date with technical developments in the industry and advise on business impact.
  • Participate in early adopter engagements with Microsoft and provide constructive feedback. Microsoft Focal point
  • Self-directive learner of technologies and methodologies to support best practice.

  • Work closely with Sales team and Consultants to provide technical components to proposals.
  • Active lead in design, strategy and approach of defined projects and service offerings.
  • Taking ownership in delivering workshops, requirements gathering and presenting solutions.
  • Ability to listen, absorb and act on information.
  • Communicate technical solutions in a clear, and concise approach for a variety of audiences from both a technical and business background.
  • Communicate status reports to Project Managers and key stakeholders.
  • Produce well written and professional documentation.
  • Knowledge sharing champion – responding to queries, mentoring, delivering internal & external workshops, briefing papers and actively engage in new developments.
  • Active involvement in the development of new service offerings, procedures, techniques and policies.
