The Enterprise Architect (EA) helps to set the direction, and establishes the approach, for integrating information systems, data and programmes. In this role you will develop, coordinate, communicate, maintain, catalogue, collaborate and encourage the use of Enterprise Architecture patterns. You’ll provide expertise and advice on Enterprise Architecture issues, ensuring that solution designs deliver against business strategies and that future technology solutions adhere to agreed architectural principles. Your responsibilities include helping to develop strategic architecture roadmaps, improving architectural governance, and providing guidance to solution architecture providers both internal and 3rd party. You will cultivate and influence key business stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor able to translate complex technology solutions into clear, concise layman’s language.

Qualifications
  • Solid experience working as an Enterprise Architect.
  • A practical understanding of how different business models and processes impact Enterprise Architecture and how architecture can support and enable business value.
  • Expertise in developing architectures that meet business timeframes and outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Able to plan complex interventions and project work over a significant period of time into the future and manage shifting priorities effectively.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver, a confident decision‑maker, comfortable with accountability at a senior level.
