Birmingham City University is seeking three organised and proactive Enrolment & Graduation Coordinators to support the delivery of enrolment and graduation processes and events. You will work closely with the Enrolment & Graduation Officer, programme administrators and the events team to ensure all activities comply with University regulations and provide a positive experience for students and staff.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration of enrolment and graduation processes.
  • Liaise with academic and professional services teams to ensure smooth delivery of activities.
  • Support the planning and execution of graduation ceremonies in collaboration with the events team.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to enrolment and graduation.
  • Respond to enquiries from students and staff regarding procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of enrolment and graduation communications.
  • Support process improvements and implement changes as required.
  • Ensure compliance with University policies and regulations during all activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis related to enrolment and graduation.
  • Provide cover and support for other team members during peak periods or absences.
  • Support University events such as enrolment, graduation, open days, and clearing.
The Enrolment & Graduation Coordinator will have:
  • Experience in administration or coordination within a busy office environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of University regulations and procedures, preferably related to enrolment or graduation.
  • Experience using student information systems or similar databases.
  • Customer service skills and a student-focused approach.
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
