This full-time role involves delivering high-quality English lessons to 16–19 learners pursuing GCSE and Functional Skills. We are working in partnership with an Outstanding Further Education college in Greater Manchester who are seeking a dedicated English Lecturer to join their team from January. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher to deliver high-quality English teaching to 16–19 learners working towards GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications.
You will contribute to a strong and collaborative English department, playing a key role in supporting students who may be re-sitting exams or progressing towards higher education, apprenticeships, or employment. The college has excellent student behaviour, well-structured learning pathways, and a supportive leadership team focused on continuous improvement.
