Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum

An established, multi-site manufacturing business with a large production facility commutable to Ryhope is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an exciting time to join the business as they are continually growing and looking for someone to join the team, help grow and develop their team of engineers, whilst still remaining hands on, allowing the engineers to learn on the job from you, alongside being involved with PPM schedules, liaising with teams across the business.

Skills Required for the Engineering Supervisor Role:

• Must have leadership or management experience
• Must hold a formal engineering qualification
• Must be able to PLC Fault-find
• Must be happy to remain hands on and lead the team of engineers
• Lead by example across both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks
• Drive continuous improvement projects to boost equipment performance and reduce downtime
