We are currently recruiting an Engineering Supervisor to join a highly reputable blue‑chip brand within the FMCG manufacturing sector on a 4 on 4 off Days basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is well‑known for its engineering excellence, strong culture and long‑term employee development.

The role of the Engineering Supervisor is a middle management position; you will be responsible for managing and developing 5‑10 engineers, playing a lead role in projects, leading root cause analysis into failures, attending managerial meetings, and completing some hands‑on work when required.

• Strong leadership and management experience
• Multi‑skilled engineer with an electrical bias and electrical qualifications
• Ideal background in food or FMCG manufacturing
