Job summary

A leading engineering recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Assistant to support live projects and operations, with opportunities for progression into a Junior Project Manager position within 18-24 months. Key responsibilities include project support, managing invoicing, coordinating deliveries, and process improvement. Qualifications

  • Experience working with technical or engineering-led products.
  • Full right to work without the need for sponsorship.
  • Electrical exposure or FLT/telehandler licence beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • 75% project support / 25% warehouse & manufacturing support.
  • Supporting Project Managers across technically complex projects.
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries and raising orders on internal systems.
  • Managing invoicing, variations, and subcontractor bookings.
  • Arranging internal handovers and project meetings.
  • Supporting RAMS, health & safety documentation, and O&M packs.
  • Handling client queries and customer service emails.
  • Reviewing and improving processes, procedures, and documentation.
