Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in contract manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and military specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of Engineers to move projects from RFQ through shipment.
• Coordinate resources to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to project schedules.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to team members.
