  • Support the introduction and operationalisation of new lines and equipment.
  • Report on key KPIs and use data‑driven insights to inform continuous improvement.
About You

You're a proactive, credible leader with proven engineering management experience within the food industry. You thrive on solving problems, optimising performance, and developing your team. With a mechanical or electrical background (HNC/HND or higher), you bring both the technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver real, measurable results.

You'll also have:
  • A strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • Experience managing multi‑million‑pound budgets
  • A track record of delivering sustainable performance improvements
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on cost efficiency and reliability
Benefits include:
  • 27 days holiday
  • Increased holiday with length of service
  • Option to buy more holiday
  • Enhanced maternity/paternity (Maternity is 6 months full pay after 2 years of service. 3 months full for 1–2 years)
  • Free Gu
  • Flexi week opportunity every year
  • Cycle to work
  • Heat scheme
  • Summer Fridays and December Fridays (finish at 1 pm)
  • Specsavers eye voucher
  • Death in benefit service (Metlife Master trust)
