Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain trackers and logs for accurate project reporting.
  • Coordinate workflows, approvals, and communication across departments.

  • Expedite urgent orders and resolve discrepancies with teams.
  • Maintain structured document control for all project files.
  • Verify delivery notes and certificates for audit compliance.
  • Assist with monthly project reports and procurement status updates.
  • Distribute updated documentation to stakeholders promptly.
  • Coordinate site access, deliveries, and meetings for teams.
  • Liaise with warehouse teams to confirm goods receipt and update SAP.
  • Act as main contact for suppliers and internal teams on queries.
  • Follow up on outstanding actions and deliveries.
