Job summary

A leading training organization is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Skills Coach to support engineering apprentices. In this home-based role with national travel, you'll ensure apprentices receive guidance to succeed and bridge the gap between theoretical and practical learning. Ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and a focus on promoting the well-being of learners. The position requires managing a caseload and working with employers to develop effective training programmes.

Qualifications

• Experienced in coaching and assessment methods.
• Background in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or electronic).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support apprentices in their apprenticeship programme.
• Bridge academic learning and practical application with employers.
• Manage a caseload of engineering and manufacturing apprentices.
