Hours: Monday to Friday, Days

We are currently recruiting for a leading FMCG manufacturing business based in Buckingham, who are looking for an Engineering and Facilities Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of both engineering and site facilities management at a well–invested, forward–thinking operation.

As the Engineering and Facilities Manager, you ll work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure all machinery, equipment, and facilities operate at optimal performance, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all engineering and facilities activities on site.
  • Deliver effective maintenance plans to minimise downtime and maximise equipment efficiency.
  • Oversee contractors and manage compliance with site health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Support project work, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
  • Provide technical support and training to the engineering team.
