Engineering Administrator - Glenrothes Depot

We are looking for a friendly & reliable engineering administrator who can work on their own initiative, timeously and with good communication skills who will enjoy being part of a friendly and dedicated team. Working alongside the Fleet Engineer, you will be responsible for performing general office tasks and the daily collection and distribution of both personal and engineering related data.

Your Duties and Responsibilities
  • Consolidate and report on fuel usage
  • Distribution of vehicle maintenance schedule documents on our new EAMS system
  • Upkeep of personal employment records while observing GDPR protocols
  • Completion and relaying of working hours and wages information
  • Produce letters, memorandums, and safety bulletins
  • Updating service, cleaning and KPI information
  • Compile, send and receive emails to Company and outside parties
  • Post job adverts, set up interviews and assist with other aspects of recruitment
Training and Qualifications

You should ideally be able to show experience in the following:

  • Work competently with spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
  • Work competently with Microsoft Word
  • Ability to work with computer database software packages, electronic and paper filing systems
