A global facilities management leader is looking for an Engineering Administrator in Cramlington. The role involves supporting the Engineering and Safety departments with various administrative tasks, managing the site CMMS system, and processing SAP requests. CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate Real Estate management. We are recruiting a Engineering Administrator to join the team located at Cramlington. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of administration duties in support of the site CMMS system, Engineering Department and Safety Department.
You will support the Engineering department with general admin and maintain the site CMMS system. The CMMS system is the site maintenance management system which uses Maintenance plans, work orders and Tasks lists. The role includes inputting and creating of these items, making changes as requested by site and 2nd checking of colleague's work. The candidate will be working in a large office environment with the client and will be helping with general administration queries, liaising with departments around the site and must be able to work to tight deadlines.
