Responsibilities

• Maintaining up-to-date construction drawings and registers
• Familiar with Leica EDM (TS06 / TS12 / TS16)
• Checking building layout in relation to site boundaries
• Carrying out site surveys and level surveys before site starts
• Able to confidently take overall responsibility for setting out all elements and controlling line and level
• Taking off and ordering all groundworks & RC frame materials (drainage, waterproofing, concrete, rebar, cast-in items etc)
• Resolving any setting out problems and raising and tracking RFIs
• QA on site using flow form
• Implementation of site Inspection Test Plan and specifications we are working to
• Raising technical submittals
• Proficient with As-builts
• Record keeping and issuing to QS
• Use of CAD
• Proactive in closing out technical queries on site
