  • Become immersed in how to connect marketing and technology solutions to client pain points, bringing in subject matter experts at the right moment to instigate sales motions
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders, positioning iCrossing as a strategic growth partner.
  • Map out client business structures and decision-making units to craft and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve portfolio targets.
  • Own the overall health and growth of key accounts, driving client satisfaction and optimising iCrossing’s commercial performance.
  • Connect the dots across iCrossing’s digital disciplines to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions.
  • Lead compelling storytelling and client presentations from proposals to Quarterly Business Reviews and performance reviews.
  • Oversee day-to-day client program execution, providing direction and guidance to engagement teams.
  • Design tailored solutions to client needs and develop staffing plans to support new initiatives and renewals.
  • Mentor and grow team talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Track progress against goals and commitments, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and accelerate success.
  • Champion service quality, partnering with capability leads to manage risks and resolve issues effectively
