- Map out client business structures and decision-making units to craft and execute effective sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve portfolio targets.
- Own the overall health and growth of key accounts, driving client satisfaction and optimising iCrossing’s commercial performance.
- Connect the dots across iCrossing’s digital disciplines to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions.
- Lead compelling storytelling and client presentations from proposals to Quarterly Business Reviews and performance reviews.
- Oversee day-to-day client program execution, providing direction and guidance to engagement teams.
- Design tailored solutions to client needs and develop staffing plans to support new initiatives and renewals.
- Mentor and grow team talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Track progress against goals and commitments, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and accelerate success.
