A reputable healthcare organization in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an Energy Officer to assist in energy and water management. The role involves monitoring energy usage, overseeing maintenance of utility systems, and supporting the Energy Manager in improving energy management practices. Candidates must have an understanding of energy principles and strong communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to sustainability efforts within the healthcare sector.
University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role; however it is important to note that UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa. You must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.
An Energy Officer working within the specialist area of energy and water management. The post holder will assist the Energy Manager in ensuring the Trust achieves best practice and value for money in relation to all aspects of energy, water and carbon reduction/management. The post holder will be based within the Estates, Facilities and PFI Division at Royal Stoke, however will be expected to undertake duties throughout the Trust.
