Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care OR an equivalent alternative Level 2 Qualification.
  • Recent experience in caring for and supporting patients at the end of life.
  • A passion, knowledge and understanding of how to deliver person centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, person-centred care to patients approaching the end of life.
  • Assist with personal care needs including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
  • Support holistic assessments and monitoring of patient wellbeing.
