The University of Exeter is seeking two Portfolio Support Officers (PSO) to join the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) as part of the Strategic Planning team. Recruitment will be run as a single initiative with two offers to be as soon as possible. These roles strengthen the EPMO by ensuring portfolio activity is organised, monitored and clearly communicated. They enable consistent oversight of change initiatives and contribute to informed decision‑making across the organisation. The posts ensure information, governance processes and performance data are accurate, timely and accessible. They also maintain clear portfolio standards that allow projects and programmes to progress in a coordinated manner. Overall, the roles enhance visibility, control and alignment of the portfolio with organisational priorities.
