Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our busy Employment Legal team, working at either our Chichester or Brighton hub with some travel to our other Sussex hubs as required.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll dive into a wide range of employer and employee work, which could include advising on disciplinary, governance, Tribunal claims, TUPE, redundancy, flexible working, drafting contracts and settlement agreements.

You'll have the chance to lead advocacy efforts and provide invaluable support to our Partners. Every day will bring new challenges, opportunities to grow, and the chance to make a real difference in the success of your clients and the department!

We're looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—someone who thrives on building strong relationships with clients, referrers, and colleagues alike. What you will be doing:

  • Financial Management: Maintain effective financial management on client files.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the business development strategy, identifying opportunities to promote the firm. Engage in marketing initiatives through blogs, articles, networking events, and referrals.
