Employment Solicitor, 2-4 Years PQE, Plymouth, £50,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work with a firm that’s passionate about delivering exceptional client service and achieving the very best results for employers across the South West and beyond. JOB REF:1307

THE ROLE
  • You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, providing day-to-day HR and employment law advice to employer clients, and handling more complex matters such as redundancies, restructures, and TUPE transfers.
  • You will advise and support employer clients on a wide range of employment law issues
  • Working closely with senior management and HR teams to provide practical and strategic solutions
  • Contributing to client training, business development initiatives, and the continued growth of the team
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE
  • Experienced in handling a varied employment caseload, with a strong understanding of employer-side challenges
  • Skilled in both written and verbal communication, with strong legal technical ability
  • Confident in building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
