About the role

Within this Employment Solicitor role, you will be working closely with the Partners on contentious and non-contentious work, supporting corporate employer clients and acting for claimants. Your time will be split between disputes, general advisory work and running your own high value caseload of employment and HR matters such as:

• Disciplinary hearings
• Grievances
• Redundancies
• Discrimination
• Settlement agreements

You will also gain great exposure to data protection work and more niche employment matters.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 4-6 years PQE within Employment law, is able to work well as part of a team and can work well under pressure.
