Service Care solutions is working with a Council in the North East London Area who are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor for a challenging contract role. This is a fantastic opportunity for legal professionals specialising in employment law to showcase their expertise while working on a rewarding contract basis.

Job Title: Employment Solicitor
Location: London Borough (North East)
Employment Type: Contract (3 months on going)
Pay Rate: £40-45 per hour LTD UMBRELLA - PAYE £35.40-£39.75

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert legal advice on employment law matters to clients within the borough
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Handling employment tribunal claims and representing clients at hearings
  • Supporting the council's internal HR team with employment law issues
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices
Candidate requirements
  • Must be a Qualified solicitor (Supreme Court of England and Wales/English Bar)
  • Experience of Case management systems
  • Ability to provide high quality legal services to clients across the Council, manage a demanding caseload of legal matters
