Qualifications

EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, HERTFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £60-65,000 (DOE). Outstanding opportunity to join the successful Employment team of this highly regarded Legal 500 firm. JOB REF: 215300369

The appointed Solicitor will be dealing with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters relating to Employment law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and high-quality cases.

• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, with strong experience and a track record of managing a fast-paced caseload.

• You will work with a broad client base, including SMEs, multinational companies, and global corporations, as well as advising senior executives and employees on claims, settlement agreements, restrictive covenant breaches, and HR-related issues.

• Additionally, you will support businesses with contracts, handbooks, policies, procedures, and TUPE-related matters.

• You must be commercially minded, with a proactive approach and dedication to delivering client-focused service.
