Overview
  • We are seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join this firm’s Tier 1 Employment team.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in employment law to work on complex cases, providing strategic advice to a diverse client base.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, redundancy, and termination issues.
  • Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and negotiation meetings.
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and internal policies.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
  • You will have at least 2 years of experience in advising both employers and employees.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • Ambition to develop further within a Tier 1 employment practice.
