The Role
The firm is currently seeking an Employment Solicitor with NQ to 3 years PQE for their established Christchurch, Dorset office.
In this role, you will be an integral part of a reputable regional team of eight, which includes two well-established Partners, four associates, and two support staff members. This collaborative environment offers an excellent opportunity for learning and growth.
Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of high-quality Employment work including; Employment Tribunals, TUPE, Covenant Disputes, and data protection, amongst other elements. These specialisms would make for a very interesting and varied caseload.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with NQ to 3 years PQE.
• You will have previous experience in handling a diverse caseload of Employment matters.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
