An experienced Employment Lawyer is sought to join this leading Legal 500 practice in their Cambridge office (hybrid working available).

Position Details

JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer
PQE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge (Hybrid / Flexible working available)
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

The Role

Are you well‑versed across all aspects of employment law? Looking for a supportive and growing practice where you can see your career flourish? This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a leading law firm and handle a varied caseload of employment matters mainly on behalf of employers.

The appointed Employment Lawyer will advise mainly employers on both contentious and non‑contentious matters including employment contracts, settlement agreements, HR policies and a variety of other issues. Ideal candidates will have experience representing clients in Employment Tribunal litigation.

The Candidate

Employment Lawyers with a strong record of dealing with all types of employment law are encouraged to apply for this position.

To be considered you must have 4 years PQE handling a diverse caseload of employment‑related matters. You will have gained relevant experience within a leading practice renowned for its employment offerings and ideally have experience of both contentious and non‑contentious issues such as termination of contracts, employee disputes, dismissals, discrimination, reorganisations and TUPE.

With some business development and networking experience, the appointed Employment Lawyer will possess the ability to hit the ground running and manage a full and varied caseload of employment‑related matters.
