A leading personal injury law firm in Liverpool seeks qualified Solicitors for a role providing legal advice to Trade Unions on settlement agreements. The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, and offers comprehensive training and a supportive work environment. The successful candidate will work within a team to develop and promote legal services, ensuring high client satisfaction while managing sensitive cases. This role also offers a hybrid working arrangement after initial training.
The successful candidate will need to be in the Liverpool office full-time for 4-6 weeks for training before moving to a hybrid working arrangement. Our Lawyers provide legal advice and support to Trade Unions and their members on settlement agreements across a range of industries. The role involves liaising with Union officers, supporting senior solicitors on high-profile and large-scale settlement exercises, and working collaboratively within the team to help develop and promote our service offering. You will also negotiate settlement terms in line with legislation and client instructions. With full training and ongoing support, you will develop specialist expertise in advising on, negotiating, and completing settlement agreements. More about you... We are open to candidates from all backgrounds and will provide full training for the right individual. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, alongside the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
