The successful candidate will need to be in the Liverpool office full-time for 4-6 weeks for training before moving to a hybrid working arrangement. Our Lawyers provide legal advice and support to Trade Unions and their members on settlement agreements across a range of industries. The role involves liaising with Union officers, supporting senior solicitors on high-profile and large-scale settlement exercises, and working collaboratively within the team to help develop and promote our service offering. You will also negotiate settlement terms in line with legislation and client instructions. With full training and ongoing support, you will develop specialist expertise in advising on, negotiating, and completing settlement agreements. More about you...
