Employment Law Paralegal - Doncaster (Full-Time 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Employment Law Paralegal to join our busy and supportive legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of employment matters and support senior lawyers in delivering first-class advice to clients.

About the Role

You will assist in managing a varied caseload of employment law matters, supporting clients through all stages of disputes and providing guidance on day-to-day employment issues. You'll work closely with solicitors to prepare documents, liaise with clients, and ensure deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and related documents
  • Assisting in preparing correspondence, witness statements, and tribunal bundles
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
  • Conducting legal research and preparing summaries of findings
  • Supporting the team with case management and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
About You
  • Previous experience in employment law or a similar paralegal role
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload
  • Proactive, client-focused approach and a desire to develop in employment law
  • A relevant qualification in law or employment law is desirable but not essential
